When will I receive my flight ticket?

  • There are no physical flight tickets.
  • You can access your booking using the flight carrier website and your booking code/flight ref, which is listed on your Booking Confirmation and Final Instructions.
  • You must check-in, online, no later than 24 hours before departure. If you attempt to check-in on arrival at the airport, and are removed from your flight, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

Are airport transfers shared?

  • No, all airport transfers will be private and will be 1 vehicle per booking.

How will I know where to meet my driver?

  • Your Final Instructions will outline your driver contact details and location on arrival.

What if I cannot find my driver?

  • Driver details can be found on your Final Instructions documents. If you cannot locate your driver, simply call the number listed in the Airport Transfers section of your Final Instructions 
    • Your Final Instructions will be sent 1-2 weeks before departure.
  • Ensure the mobile number is correct and taken with the traveller. If this needs to be amended please inform your Grand Prix Grand Tours salesperson prior to your departure.

When will I receive my Grand Prix Tickets

  • Tickets and Final Instructions will be sent shortly after they are released to us by the event organiser. Each organiser operates differently, meaning that for some events we receive tickets months in advance, for other events we receive tickets as late as a week in advance. While we have no control over this it is perfectly normal. 

Is Grand Prix Grand Tours a legitimate company?

  • To check, simply look us up on Companies House website. Our legal name is Grand Tours Travel Limited. We trade as Grand Prix Grand Tours. Your can find our company number, and trading address at the bottom of each webpage.

How is client money protected?

  • For guests booking holidays which include flights, you are protected by ATOL. You can look us up on their website, and our ATOL number is listed at the bottom of every webpage.
  • For guests booking holidays which do not include flights, you are protected by ABTOT. You can look us up on their website, and our ABTOT number is listed at the bottom of every webpage.
